* Standard shipping: Tracking number will not be provided. If you select standard shipping, your order will be sent via postage stamp and envelope. 

* Upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout. Tracking number will be provided once I ship out your order. 

* Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the postal service’s care. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace packages that are lost without tracking. 

* Most orders ship within a week. If there are any delays, we’ll let you know in our shop announcements.
